  • Provide all office support within the Office building
  • Maintain stationery and household for office as well as all shops within the Company
  • Check Company`s check-in list and make sure that all maintenance work are fill in properly and done within the deadline
  • Make sure that all office related items are purchased on time and within the budget
  • Follow up Office standards and procedures
  • Organization of workplaces for new personnel and if necessary provide brief Office Induction
  • Performing other administrative routine work scope (if required)

  • Təhsil: Ali (bakalavr)
  • İş təcrübəsi: 1 - 3 il
  • Yaş həddi göstərilməyib
  • Educational Background
  • Proven experience in office administration
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Organizational skills
  • Flexibility and team player
  • Fluent in Azeri, Russian and English
  • Strong knowledge in MS Office
