  • Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
  • Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by collaborating with them and understanding their needs.
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
  • Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
  • Supervise companies’ wholesale and retail units.

  • BSc in related fields (Master’s degree is an advantage)
  • Minimum of 2 years of work experience within the relevant field (experience in similar role is an advantage)
  • Comprehensive knowledge of local floral market( network among wholesalers, retailers, and special auctions is an advantage) 
  • Excellent Azeri/English/Russian language skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Creativity, hasten to performance goals achievement
  • Young, initiative and proactive
