  • Assist Contract Administrator on larger projects by performing analysis and compiling information.
  • Preparation of estimates for Variations.
  • Preparation of project back-up for invoicing and administration of the invoicing process.
  • Assist on internal and external invoice approval.
  • Follow-up on man-hours and cost monitoring for the updates of changes to the forecast.
  • Assist in Monthly Project Cost Report computation.
  • Follow up reimbursable costs.
  • Increase other Department awareness of the Cost Control function.
  • Assist procurement on invoices from Subcontractors /Suppliers.
  • Other duties as requested.
  • Təhsil: Ali (bakalavr)
  • İş təcrübəsi: 3 ildən artıq
  • Yaş həddi göstərilməyib
  • Fluent in English.
  • Strong MS Excel skills including Pivot tables, VLOOKUP and SUMIFS.
  • Experience with Databases preferred but not essential.
  • Good level of numeracy.
  • Candidates should be a self-starter who is willing to progress and develop themselves.
  • Candidates should also be an excellent team player.
