  • Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results;
  • Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products;
  • Implements national sales programs by developing field sales action plans;
  • Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors;
  • Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand;
  • Completes sales operational requirements by scheduling, following up on work results;
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies;
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed;

  • Proven previous B2B sales experience (as is targeting decision makers/directors in business such as Financial Directors, Managing Directors/CEOs and business owners);
  • Have a hunger to pick up the phone, a drive to get to events and network and an ambition to build a successful sales pipeline and deliver value for your clients as well as the company;
  • Implementing sales tactics: how to pitch, pitch scripts, segmenting customers, getting feature gaps with Product and Engineering teams;
  • Selling software (SaaS, FinTech), Financial and Services with a focus on SMEs will be an added advantage; 
  • 2+ years of previous experience successfully selling technology and/or services within the Financial Services and FinTech industries;
