  • Təhsil: Ali (bakalavr)
  • İş təcrübəsi: 1 - 3 il
  • Yaş həddi göstərilməyib
  • Arrange computer services;
  • Check supplier invoices against purchase orders for administration charges;
  • Issue of Expense Claim Forms for administration charges;
  • Make travel arrangements (booking and purchase of tickets, etc.);
  • Power of attorneys for car;
  • Arrange accommodation for travelers (hotel booking etc.);
  • Arrange airport pick-up for guests;
  • Manage with the public utilities (electricity, gas, water, sewerage);
  • Organize annual get – together;
  • Preparing of visa documents and getting visa from embassies;
  • Preparing & translation of invitation letters.
  • ABILITY
  • Customer Focused
  • Strong language skills (Azeri, Russian, English)
  • Proven leadership qualities
  • Minimum 1 year experience  Hospitality experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Public speaking knowledge and experience
  • MINIMUM QUALIFICATION
  • • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and databases
